Pole Fitness Courses

Pole Academy UK offers 4 types of courses:
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Freestyle, each made up of 6 classes, which are 2 hours long.

In each session, we will start with a warm up, and finish with a cool down, as it is crucial to get your heart and muscles ready for a workout on the pole, and to avoid any injuries or straining.

Beginners' Course:
The Beginners' Course is for women who have never pole danced before, or who want to go over the basics again. In the 6 weeks spent together you will learn beginners spins and tricks, as well as transitions and floor work, in the form of a 5 minute routine.

Intermediate Course:
The Intermediate course is a progression of the beginners', where you will start learning the inverted tricks and spins. You will learn another routine but with more complicated transitions.

Advanced Course:
The Advanced course is where you will start learning to freestyle, meaning, adding your own personal style. You will carry on learning a routine with more difficult tricks and spins, but we will also concentrate on you creating your own choreography to the music of your choice.

Freestyle Course:
During the freestyle course, you will only be learning very difficult tricks and spins, without the need for a routine, as you will be creating your own, in your own style.
This course is not for the faint hearted, the tricks we learn are very strenous.

The price for any of the 6 week courses is £115.00.
All courses are payable in advance.
Bookings are essential, since there are is a limited number to the classes.
